WebEnabled is a web development platform, which offers developer-friendly shared hosting, production shared hosting, and VPSes (as well as lots of functionality for website development - such as easy cloning of virtual hosts). The servers are hosted in the US, with Hurricane Electric in their San Jose facility.
The virtualization technology being used is OpenVZ, and the host systems are running Owl too. The VPSes being created use the Owl userland with WebEnabled's custom web hosting software packages added, including for the WebEnabled Dashboard integration.
The pricing starts at $19.95/month for a plan with 300 MB guaranteed memory (oomguarpages, vmguarpages) with 600 MB burst memory (privvmpages), although larger plans are recommended for hosting of dynamic websites. The largest plan has 8200 MB guaranteed memory with 10000 MB burst memory.
