Things in unstable-jumbo needing to be fixed before release of 1.7.9-jumbo-8

If you start working on an item, add “in progress, myname” after it. Fixed issues are moved to the 'Done' section.

• Test Suite CUDA & OpenCL on Bull 100% pass, both with nvidia and AMD GPU. Also, all self-tests pass except wpapsk-opencl (on GTX570, does not compile, driver bug).
• –test=0 pass on OSX 64-bit (including CUDA and OpenCL w/ nvidia GT 650M) except a few OpenCL formats (driver bugs for sure)
• –test=0 pass on OSX 32-bit (CPU-only build)
• 64-bit CPU-only build pass “full” Test Suite on OSX and on Bull.
• Test forcing generic SHA-2 (emulating OpenSSL < 0.9.8). All pass –test=0 (Truecrypt is disabled).
• BE/alignment tests on Sparc32 (real) and PPC (QEMU). Problems listed below (most fixed now).
• No warnings so far, tested on commit c9b88eea and targets: 'linux-x86-64-gpu' 'linux-x86-sse2'
